127. The Bolin to my Korra

Fatin is probably the coolest girl I've ever met. Careless, heartless, mindless, and the best part of her, is that she doesn't even try to show it. She doesn't make a 'whatever' face, or rolls her eyes or anything, she doesn't even point out the lack of attention she's giving, she just genuinely doesn't care about anything. She's so laid back, relaxed, and she's never stressed out or serious about anything. It would be a challenge to find something that bothers Fatin, because she can't be bothered by . . . anything.

There was this one time we were discussing about rivalry and intimidation. Who was intimidated by whom, and then Fatin came into the subject, "Nak jadi macam Fatin la, tak kisah pasal apa-apa, awak tak intimidated dengan sapa-sapa ke?"  and her reply was "Korang semua terlalu intimidating so kita ignore je" XD

Her funny bone however is a total different story. She laughs at everything, and her laughter is contagious. She has that kind of giggle that makes you want to join and laugh at whatever she's laughing at, even if the subject isn't originally funny. She has a really nice smile, that brightens the day. I sat beside her during Maths 2 in Semester 2, and there was this one time, where I had a really bad day, and I was at the verge of tears, and then Fatin noticed, and she smiled at me with that look on her face kind of saying "Cheer up!" and it really made me feel a lot better. It was weird, all she did was just smile, but I felt this undescribable amount of happiness creeping inside me, and a tug at my heartstring knowing someone's making an effort to make me smile. This girl is amazing!

I like poking her, literally I mean, not virtually on facebook. She's so, jumpy it's such a satisfaction seeing her suffer. *evil laugh* but she's got the best reflexes, she avoided my ninja poking skills so efficiently when we were at Times Square the other day. I was speechless when she did that :O

And did I mention, she's a Naruto junkie. She loves the manga...aaaaaand Ali loves them too. Haha. I just love seeing both of them together. Whenever I see one of them, I'm reminded by the other. Nadia pointed Ali out since Sem 1, saying he's Fatin's long lost twin brother because they're both from Sarawak, both were classmates in primary school, and they both kinda look alike, but I didn't pay attention to him until we worked together for AGD in Sem 3. Ali is so funny and cool, just like Fatin. They make a lot of 9gag references, they have that slight Sarawak accent, and their jokes are effortlessly hilarious. I spent almost half an hour with Ali back stage during AGD, and talking to him was so comfortable, I felt like I was talking to a virtual brother in law, given that Fatin is my virtual sister. But whenever I bring up the topic of the other, they'd start giving the "kawan" alasan.

Ali, Fatin, tolong, get married! And have cute cheery smiley Sarawakian babies :D Attractive children hwaiting!
